As of February 2, 2010, Title 16 of the Morgan County Code, otherwise known as the Land Use Management Code, is reassigned to Title 8 of the Morgan County Code and is now referred to as Land Use Regulations. The numbers and arrangement of chapters and articles within this title have also been reassigned.
